Born in 1953, he graduated in medicine and surgery (specialising in medical hydroclimatology and thermal medicine, and phlebology). Starting from the Eighties he participated in many regattas and learned to appreciate and love the characteristics of various technical materials (stainless steel, aramid fibres, ...).
From there he learned to transfer his experiences with these materials to designing and building the first pieces for his home. He began to receive requests from friends and started short production runs.
In 2008, after a sabbatical spent in the USA, he left the practice of medicine, only to follow the design product.

| 2003 | At Cersaie, AGAPE presented KAA, the first shower heads and hand showers totally made from silicone rubber. |
| 2004 | TUBES presented the T-OT heating system at the 2004 Milan Furniture Show. |
| 2005 | He designed B236, a professional built-in stainless steel IceMaker, produced by CASTELMAC-ICEMATIC and distributed by FRIGO 2000. |

Nato nel 1953, laureato in medicina e chirurgia, (specializzato in idroclimatologia medica e clinica termale, e flebologia), dagli anni Ottanta partecipa a numerose regate e lì impara a conoscere e si innamora delle caratteristiche di alcuni materiali tecnici (acciaio inossidabile, fibre aramidiche, ...). Da lì comincia a trasferire la sua esperienza con questi materiali nel progettare e costruire i primi pezzi per la sua casa. Nel tempo si aggiungono le richieste degli amici ed ha incominciato a produrre delle piccole serie. Nel 2008, dopo un periodo sabbatico trascorso negli USA, lascia la medicina praticata, per seguire solo il design.
